On August 4th the peer-to-peer feedback session on “Flexibility and Markets” organized by ERA-Net Smart Energy Systems Knowledge Community took place.
Many of the initiative’s projects address the topic of flexibility options and market adoption. During the online session chosen projects, such as SMART-MLA, BEYOND, HONOR, RELflex, DiGriFlex and ANM4L were pitching their actual and expected results.
Relationships to the topic of the session as well as opportunities to exchange with other projects in the context of what we offer and what we need were discussed. Sharing experience and getting feedback from other projects allow addressing significant technical, market and adoption tasks in the project, as well as in the context of complementing other projects and integrating the overall strategy of the initiative.
Furthermore, the individual feedback of ERA-Net SES experts for each project based on the annual report was given during the peer-to-peer session.
Discussion of positive project activities, recommendations, and open questions was complementary to the feedback brief with formative evaluation of the project progress, which was received before. This valuable feedback gave us hints for improvement, links to other projects, references to existing knowledge and potential for cooperation.
